Congratulations to all of the participants!
Students participating in the Just Video Contest were asked to:
• Explore one of the following social justice topics: immigration, human trafficking or water as a human right
• Create a 4-6 minute video that informs and inspires the audience to act for justice
• Make connections between what they learn in the classroom and global issues
• Incorporate Catholic Social Teaching
Catholic Advocacy Day in Olympia is Tuesday, February 9th. Every year IPJC coordinates over 110 appointments with legislators.
Be a Faithful Citizen! All parish members and staff, parish leadership, and Catholic service and justice organizations are invited to join us to ensure that the Gospel message to care for our brothers and sisters is heard loud and clear in Olympia.
Meet us at the State Capitol (Columbia Room) for our program and a legislative briefing before scheduled appointments with your state legislators.
The Intercommunity Peace and Justice Center will coordinate two FREE charter buses for the trip to Olympia. Buses will depart from Seattle and make a pick up in Tacoma.Space is available on a first come-first served basis.

IPJC is now offering two hour Immigration Workshops at parishes across the northwest. Examine the complex issue of immigration including economic and legislative issues, faithful citizenship, and the call to act with justice. Contact us to host one at your parish!

Create an adult education program or series using the booklets
Use with a parish or community small group during a liturgical season
Use the process as a follow up to JustFaith, RCIA, or other community based program
Gather a cross-generational group to share the process together
