Women’s Justice Circle Community Organizer

Job Description: Through a foundational orientation towards relationship and trust building, the organizer will build collective power for systemic change by proliferating Circles, developing community leaders among low-income women, and mobilizing the community for systemic change. The Justice for Women program has been a program of IPJC for over 20 years, with over 350 Women’s Justice Circles formed and many more actions for systemic change taken. The Women’s Justice Circle Community Organizer is the primary animator and support for the community of women that IPJC has gather over the years through Women’s Justice Circles and other programming.
